What a jerk, huh. Yes Michael knew he was Tommy's dad, but still. Poor Marcy can't have kids. It's just totally wrong for Todd to act that that way. Yes they say Todd's his real father, but Marcy and Michael are better for him. I know that by law Todd has been looking for him. Hopefully Todd doesn't get custody in the coming days.
