I was looking for something to have for my husband's supper tonight. I wanted to cook something with apples bc u need an apple a day to keep the dr away! Anyways herwe it is: Apple dunplings supper Dough 2 c flour 1 TBS salt 1/6 peanut oil 1/6 vegetable oil 2/3 c milk Filling 2 C red delicious apples(chopped into pieces) SUGAR CINNAMON egg wash A little water with a beaten egg Syrup 1 c of water almost 1/2 c of sugar 2 TBS butter 1/2 t cinnamon You mix all the dough ingredients together. Roll out onto a floured pizza pan. Then -In a small bowl, coat apples a little with sugar and a little cinnamon. Put them in the dough. Wrap the dough around to form a rather large ball. Bake this in your oven at 425 degrees for about 20-25 min. How to make the syrup Use all your ingrediants for it, bring this to a boil and cook till it gets the syrup texture. WATCH IT AT ALL TIMES SO IT WON'T CATCH ON FIRE OR BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN haha! (4give my coking humor, please!) Pour this over your finished golden apple dunpling. YUM!
