"DAYS of OUR LIVES" CHICKEN 4 CHICKEN BREASTS 1 CUP CHOPPED FRESH CILANTRO 2/3 CUP PURE COCONUT MILK 3 TBS FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE 1 TB CURRY PASTE 1/3 CUP PEANUT OIL 1/2 ts SALT 1 ts RED PEPPER FLAKES 1)RINSE CHICKEN AND PAT IT DRY. 2)PLACE CHICKEN IN BAKING PAN. 3)IN A SMALL BOWL MIX TOGETHER ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS. 4)POUR THIS ALL OVER THE CHICKEN. 5)ALLOW THIS TO MARINATE OVERNIGHT. 6)BAKE THIS IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 400 DEGREES FOR 50 MINUTES.
