ETERNAL LOVE CHEESECAKE (1st dessert I made for my-H.Bun before he was my husband!) 1 GRAHAM CRACKER CUST 3 PKGS CREAM CHEESE 3/4 C SUGAR 1T FLOUR 1 1/2t VANILLA 3 LARGE EGGS 1 LARGE EGG YOLK 1/4 C MILK 1/2 C LIGHT BROWN SUGAR 1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2)In pretty good size bowl mix with mixer at medium speed. 3)Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy(about 3 min). 4)Beat in the flour and vanilla until combined. 5) Scrape the bowl around with spatula to get the excess mixed, also. 6) Reduce speed to low. Beat in eggs and egg yolk.--one at a time! 6) Beat well after each egg added. 7)Beat in milk just until blended. 8)Pour into crust Bake in oven 55 to 60 minutes.The best cheesecake ever!
