Anyways, she says it was due to six months pilates, elliptical training, light weight lifting, crunches, and push-ups. Says she was very active in school and such with ball and track. She had to get back into it now. Says she did it at the beginning of her career. Playing ball and such. Says she sleeps better and has more energy during her day!! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....................
