It the country fans have any sense then Jake Owens will win the Best New Artist award. However I would bet that Julianne Hough's fanatics will push her to victory once again and make this a popularity contest. It will be a disgrace to country music if the best new artist is Julianne. She can't even get her music on the radio since all the country stations think she is a total joke. Is that what we are coming to?
