I was ina a bad car accident that almost killed me 1 weeek ater my 18th bday not wearing my seatbelt. I was 18 and should have known better. Luckliy I survived a near fatal accident. Miley and Bill Ray yall are stars. You should have known better. I mean how many kids look up to you, Miley(Hannah Montanna)! Billy Ray, u should have taught your daughter better.
