I was ina a bad car accident that almost killed me 1 weeek ater my 18th bday not wearing my seatbelt. I was 18 and should have known better. Luckliy I survived a near fatal accident. Miley and Bill Ray yall are stars. You should have known better. I mean how many kids look up to you, Miley(Hannah Montanna)! Billy Ray, u should have taught your daughter better. Wear your seatbelts! It saves lives! Yes sometimes you need to get out of your car if it's on fire, but that's the only exception! Seatbelts save lives! Wish I could have told Sherry that!
