Here some recipes you might wan to try My 1st dinner I made for my David chicken when we were going out It was Sunday Roast untill I named it 1st I made for my husband chicken 1 large chicken 2 large granny smith apples 4 T thyme 1/4 T sallt 1/4 t pepper 1/8t allspice 1 L onion (chopped into quarters) 1/4 C water 2 t olive oil 2 T imitation brandy 1/2 C chicken broth form the chicken itself Preheat oven to 450 Place thyme all over the chuicken salt and pepper Heat olive oil water, thyme in sauce pan Add onions Scoot onionsa to the sides add apples Add chicken Roast for 40 min Check it Roast about 20 more Cover with foil for it to cook faster It is really good!
