He died at a acare facility in Nashville, TN. He had the hits like "Make the World go Away." He was called a acrossover artist like Kenny Rogers was. Most of his hits were combined w/ Chet Atkins. Dinah Shore called his voice"like pouring butter n syrup over pancakes." He never copied anyone else! He's knowm as one of the wealthiest in country music. His advice for the uoung ones-"Get a good lawyer, a good accountant, and be on time." His friends and loved ones was his inspiration. He was born in Henderson, TN. His dad was a sharecropper.
