Of the recent Alabama tornadoes, I was hit by the straight line winds. My columns on my front porch were sucked out by the extreme winds- staightline.(i went to stay with my family - parents, - sister, her husband ny brother-in-law. Her (Their) children were there -- my niece n nephew. Saw the kids/childrens' parents they keep. Met some of them, I didn;t know. Saw some classmates. Anywho, This happened-- nine days ago. It was terrifying!! Never thought I'd be part of a tornado?!... They do happen anywhere, I know that now!!
It happened in the morning as I waking up to get my Honeybun up for work. I was scared. Sylvester kitty, too, (i was babysitting) I sure hope it did not take my Coffehouse!! Heard the square was gone?!... U cannot get up to the square!! GOD bless all injured or killed in this storm!! The families are in my thoughts n prayers.
