OH HERE IS THE RECIPE...
I'LL CALL IT... HONEYBUN HASH
1 POUND SMALL RED POTATOES
1 POUND FRESH ASPARAGUS
2 SHALLOTS, MINCED((WE USED GREEN ONIONS))
2 TBS OLIVE OIL
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme((he used what we had at home in our spice rack))
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp fresh lemon juice((he used what we had i the bottle u buy))
1/3 C farmer's cheese((he used colby and jack mixture))
Garnish with lemon slices(we didn't dot hat))
Bring the potatoes and salt to a boil in a Dutch Oven. This is on Med. High heat. Cook 15 mionutes or just tender. Drain well. Cool 15 minutes and cutt he taters into quarters. Snap off and get rid of the ends os the asparagus. Then cut the asparagus into 1/2 inch pieces. Saute' shallots in hot oil in nonstick skillet. Make sure it's large for 1 minute. Add the asparagus, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Saute this 2 to 3 minutes untill this is fully heated. Remove form heat. Add the cheese to melt and enjoy!! Oh yeah if you have the lemon. Spritz and eat the meal!! Enjoy!! Eat this while watching the ACM Awards on the 5th of April, 2009!! IF YOU LIKE THIS THANK MY HONEYBUN.
