SWEET BUT SOUR CHICKEN(learned this recipe when I was in Home Ec((Mrs. Hobbs)) IN HIGH SCHOOL!!)
1 CHICKEN
1 CAN OF CRUSHED PINEAPPLES
1 T HORSERADISH
1 C WHITE SUGAR
1 C VINEGAR
1 C MUSTARD
1 C BROWN SUGAR
1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2) Rinse chicken. 3)Line your baking pan with crushed pineapples and add chicken.
4)Place other ingredients over chicken. 5)Bake in the oven 1 hr-1hr and a half. Yum!
