MONDAY'S SOAP OPERA PARTIES RECIPE
*TILAPIA DELIGHT
2 TBS BUTTER
1/4 CUP MILK
2 TBS GARLIC POWDER
DASH OF PEPPER
DASH OF SALT
PINCH OF DRIED DILLWEED
DASH PAPRIKA
4 TILAPIA FILLETS
LEMON JUICE
In saucepan, you combine the butter, milk, garlic, pepper, salt, dillweed, and paprika. Cook on low heat until butter is melted and starts to simmer. Remove from the heat. Rub just a litlle on the bottom of a shallow glass baking dish. Put the tilapias in the butter dish. Put the rest of the misture on top of the fish. Bake 350 degrees in oven for 12-15 minutes. Tilapia will be done when able to easily flake with a fork. After placing in you plate squeeze copious amount of lemon juice on top!! Yum!! HONEYBUN's recipe!!
